Named after the House of Farnese, a family that played a pivotal role in Renaissance Italy. Inspired by the intricate inlaid marble designs of that era, the Farnese pocket square features rich shades of burgundy, navy, green, tan and yellow.
When I designed this piece, I wanted it to embody the elegance and refinement of the Renaissance, while still being versatile enough for the modern man.
Details
- Large size: Approx. 16.5 x 16.5" (42 x 42cm). This is the correct size to allow for many folding styles and it will not slide down into your pocket.
- 100% silk twill: A soft, silky fabric traditionally used in men's tailoring. Characterized by a diagonal weave which makes it very durable. We use 14 momme silk, a heavier weight silk than many because it is supple enough to hold its shape no matter how you fold it.
- Hand rolled hems: For the ultimate in luxury and sophistication, our hems are hand sewn.
- Limited edition: We make these in small quantities, so you know your pocket square is truly one-of-a kind.
- Pure luxury, naturally dyed: We use non-toxic vegetable dyes that preserve the silk's softness, free from harmful chemicals that can irritate your skin (and is better for the planet!)
- Affordable luxury: We bring these from the people who make them directly to you. There are no massive mark-ups and middlemen, which keeps our prices remarkably reasonable.
- 100% Handmade in Italy: Printed, cut and sewn along the shores of Lake Como.
